The "mystery fleet" of humans which appeared at the end of the war with the grey aliens has been allowed refuge on Planet Sumer. The Sumerians, however, are not happy with their new visitors who act superior and just plain ungrateful! Calling themselves the Galactics, they claim to be related to the original race of humans which colonized Earth and Mars thousands of years before. What's more, they are on the run from an alien race known as the Simovs.
As the Space Fleet protects them, it beings to appear they are not telling the whole story. While their ships contained civilians, with only a very small military escort, is there a second fleet of warships out there? And if so, what is their intention?
