Gabriel Delon - The Death of a Mountain Man

This man sat separate from the group and compared to the others, seemed lost in his own world. The young man was lost in his own thoughts of melancholy and they transported him to a place much farther from where he was. This was Gabriel Delon, and while he was out here in the docks of St. Louis, his thoughts were all the way back home and to the woman he loved. This was not uncommon for Gabe, as he had become known as a distant sort, a young man often caught up with his thoughts of distant times and places other than the now.
