Résumé

Welcome to the Monologue On Nutrition Drama (FMOND) method. Food is a phobia for many, leading to either eating disorders or obsessions and misconceptions that result in illnesses. Every day we are bombarded with information about what we should and shouldn't eat, which foods are good and bad, how we should be to be accepted both by society and our close environment. The Food Monologue On Nutrition Drama method is a combination of knowledge from the sciences of nutrition and neurobiology aimed at shedding light on the intricacies of eating behavior.
This knowledge is based on scientific data that supports the real truth concerning food and our behavior towards it. The method in its application approaches ways of understanding our body, hunger and satiety, how to deal with stress and fear, how to change misguided perceptions, eliminate misinformation and ultimately improve ourselves genuinely. In this book, the knowledge provided aims for a deeper understanding of the various biological processes (body and mind) related to how we nourish ourselves. This is divided into 8 important steps - chapters.
The first four focusing on the ills of eating behavior, the obstacles, fears, beliefs, and dietary mistakes that harm our health. The next four we encounter the positive analyses of our relationship with food, from gratitude, self-care, faith, observation, and concepts that "nourish" the mind. When we sufficiently feed our body and mind, then the destination leads to well-being.
