Charlie Gyrth's Fat for a Day is about a fit guy who wants to get his boyfriend Olly the perfect Christmas present. Because Olly has a not-so-secret attraction to fatness, he decides to undergo a cutting-edge operation to gain nearly 150 pounds of temporary fat that will dissolve from his body after 24 hours.
