The first time I made this dish, I was on a trip and only had a few simple ingredients. Now it has become one of my family's favorite meals. Ingredients:- 250g pasta (any type you prefer)- 2 cloves of garlic- 3 tomatoes- 1 green pepper- 100g Parmesan cheese- 2 tablespoons olive oil- Salt and pepper to taste Preparation Method:1. Boil water and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions.2.
While the pasta is boiling, chop the garlic, tomatoes, and pepper.3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.4. Add tomatoes and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.5. Add the cooked pasta and mix.6. Add cheese, salt, and pepper and mix.7. Serve hot. Personal Note: I sometimes like to add chicken or shrimp to this recipe. You can also add fresh herbs like basil for a different flavor.
