Résumé
Nowadays, too much time is spent on phones, tablets, and other electronic devices, which seriously affects our daily lives, especially that of children. Technology has become an integral part of our lives-from school, work, and communication to entertainment. Although electronic devices offer many advantages, excessive use leads to a number of negative consequences. Screen addiction is not limited to entertainment; it manifests in every part of our daily lives, disrupting children's ability to focus on important tasks and relationships. To reduce screen addiction, it is essential to engage children in other forms of activities.
Outdoor games, for example, not only help with their physical development but also stimulate their social skills, creativity, and teamwork abilities. Additionally, games with parents or friends build strong emotional connections that screens cannot replace. Many children enjoy structured activities like sports or creative pursuits. Participation in sports games, such as soccer, basketball, or even just running, not only helps children burn energy but also builds discipline, concentration, and self-esteem.
Creative activities like drawing, building, modeling, or even gardening can encourage imagination and help children express themselves through creation rather than through digital content.
