Résumé

Tensions between the raider group Outlier Action and the Human Collective Administration are ramping up. And now a new pressure group called False Manifesto has appeared. Presidential elections are only a Standard away, and unpopular Collective President Klas Jorrak is determined to cling onto power. He is opposed by popular candidate Bryssa Meir, who is endorsed by False Manifesto. Strike, the sapient machine intelligence of Thunderstrike, is searching for the Vatan sisters.
Now he hears rumours that the President has ordered the sisters' assassination. Then Strike receives video of a False Manifesto rally, and he suspects that one of the women there is Merrill Vatan. As False Manifesto demonstrations are violently disrupted and their members murdered, Strike sends Snap and Bahar to find the woman. Can they find Merrill and take her to safety before she becomes the President's next victim?
