Jamie lives and breathes as Eve-their virtual avatar within the game. But, merely living as Eve for hours a day isn't enough-No! Jamie must become Eve; they must become the woman they were born to be.
However, Uploading their consciousness into Eve costs more money than Jamie has ever seen in their lifetime. Viliami Alofa, narcotraffiker and Jamie's love interest, desires to gift Jamie the life of their dreams, but one that's not lived inside of a video game. One where Jamie can live as Eve in the real world, and together, they can live happily ever after. Yet, their life together is not a fairytale. In this cyberpunk, LGBT short story, follow Jamie (and Eve) as they do whatever it takes to be reborn as the truth they were denied.
