Eyo, 10-year-old girl, is taken from Nigeria to the UK for a better life. The novel follows her five year journey as she's passed from one 'guardian' to another, and her attempts to escape. Eyo, a spirited 10-year-old Nigerian girl, is torn from her homeland and taken to the UK for a better life.
