Valérie Brosset-Heckel is head of the "Expertise management and monitoring"
department within Veolia Water's Technical Direction.
After a career in Human Resources within the group, she joined Technical Direction to take charge of issues related to "Knowledge Management." Michèle Champagne, in the "Expertise management and monitoring" department, is responsible for monitoring and accumulating technical knowledge. Her training in history and monitoring has enabled her to develop an approach to exploit all forms of information.
She manages networks of experts as part of her monitoring activities.
