Dave Baker est un scénariste américain qui s'est essayé à toutes sortes de formes d'écriture, des spots publicitaires aux longs métrages. Il travaille pour des sociétés telles que 20th Century Fox, Universal, ou encore Disney. Il a scénarisé plusieurs bandes dessinées publiées aux États-Unis. La Contrebande Society de Forest Hills est sa première bande dessinée publiée aux éditions Sarbacane.
