Every Enviro-Club leader faces the challenge of coming up with a new idea for every meeting. These meetings always seem to arrive so quickly, which often leads to last-minute planning. Using his forty years of experience, author Guy Caws has put together this handbook of ideas. Activities are presented in a format designed to make preparation easy, with instructions on what resources are needed and how to prepare them.
All activities have been tested by Enviro-Clubs or other youth groups. Guy Caws is an environmental educator with extensive experience. Beginning his career as a teacher, he later became an education officer with the Cleansing and Solid Waste Department of the Ethekwini Municipality. He has been a scout leader for many years. Now retired, he maintains an active involvement in various environmental activities.
