Emma's Landlord

Emma was something of a nerd, but a determined one. She made her living buying computer parts, often from obscure websites, then building computers. She then expanded that to buying them, examining them to ensure they were in good shape, and reselling them at a sharp markup. Her boyfriend was, unfortunately, less ambitious and less fortunate. After losing his job, he was content to brood and play video games.
She swore off men and moved out and into a loft built over a garage in the backyard of a cop named Jacob Stone, who had renovated it himself. Her father approved. Stone seemed like a solid, responsible man, almost as old as him. Of course, he didn't look like her father. Stone was a tall, broad-shouldered man with an air of authority, and his promise to her father to look out for her did not make her happy.
But the apartment was great, and she had ready access to the garage. Only Stone had ideas about how to look after Emma that her father would definitely not have approved of. His interest in her quickly became clear, and to her surprise, Emma felt a similar interest in him. He was very convincing, and soon seduced her into something that shocked her; sex that was passionate and pleasurable!He wasn't boyfriend material, so he didn't come with emotional baggage.
And that left her free to enjoy him as a sort of friend with privileges. Only Jacob took his privileges seriously, and his sex got progressively kinkier as he exposed his very dominant preferences. Emma found that both annoying and intriguing, and she was simultaneously indignant and delighted with his outrageous play acting - or so she thought of it. The game of slavery and dominance was deliciously edgy, and it was wonderfully relaxing and freeing not to have to think or do anything other than what she was told.
Especially when what she was told brought so much excitement and heat. As long as she did it right, of course, and quickly, without hesitation, to avoid punishment.
