You may have noticed that I have mentioned rivers several times in these broadcasts. Perhaps these references were inspired by the lovely Salt River, which has three branches and flows into the Mississippi, and the lovely Middle Salt, which runs directly through Paris. It gently bends and swirls, resulting in lush agriculture as well as wonderful fishing and enjoyment. Parisians can love their river, but they must not follow in its footsteps.
If Paris is to thrive, its people must plow on in a straight line, with a purpose and a strategy that has become habitual, propelling them directly to where they want to go.
