Edict, The Reckoning, is Part 1 of the final book in the Shattering the Matrix series. Cass explains how the matrix fought back during the final countdown of the systems shattering. Encoded with prophecy and holonic-riddle craft, a source code weaves itself through the fabric of the very system coding created to never be decoded. Quantum entanglement appears to be the straw that breaks the camels back within the code, sending streams of holons through the collective conscious stream breaking the system once and for all.
