Dr. M. Anwar Farooq is the Director of the Institute of Humanities and Arts at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology. For more than twenty years of his working life, he has lived among ideas the way some people live among weather: observing their seasons, their tempers and their quiet revolutions.
