Assistant Principal Anderson, a long-serving top administrator for several grammar and junior high schools, was employed by the college for the express purpose of creating and enforcing new regulations meant to curb the male students' natural proclivities towards impertinence and libidinous behavior. Under Miss Anderson's tutelage, the mostly female faculty and administration quickly learned to frustrate, embarrass, and humiliate the unwanted males amongst them at every opportunity.
