Through an embrace of asking questions and sharing stories, I want to guide you in reflecting on your life andleadership so you can answer these critical questions: What are your biggest misperceptions about leadership? Is there an accepted "code of conduct" for leadership? What are a leader's responsibilities toward others? Is there an unrealistic expectation placed on leaders? I want you to become the best version of yourself.
