In systematischer Hinsicht geht es um übergreifende Textmuster, in diachroner Perspektive um Kontinuitäten, Wandlungsprozesse und Brüche, die bislang übersehen oder nicht ausreichend gewürdigt wurden. Auf diese Weise kristallisieren sich Formen, Schreibweisen, Inhalte, Referenzen und Inszenierungsmodelle heraus, die nicht alle in jedem, von denen aber einige in bemerkenswert vielen Texten eine tragende Rolle spielen.
So wird das ansonsten schwer greifbare Genre Pop-Literatur dennoch beschreib- und in seiner Divergenz periodisierbar. The present volume includes numerous detailed single analyses of exemplary and / or important works of the German pop literature. From a systematic perspective it focuses on comprehensive text patterns, from a diachronic perspective it focuses on continuities, transformation processes and breaches which have been overseen or not sufficiently acknowledged.
In this way, forms, writing styles, topics, refences and staging models crystallise which not all but at least several play a major role in numerous texts. Hence, the elusive genre pop literature becomes describable and can be periodised in its divergence.
