Biographie de Rev. William H. Carey

William H. Carey was born in Brooklyn, and grew up there and in Galway, NY. He was filled with the Holy Ghost in 1972, and baptized in Jesus' name six months later. His ministerial and theological training took place at the Apostolic Pentecostal Bible School and the Wide World of Truth Ministries Bible School, both formerly in Schenectady, NY. Bro. Carey began studying Greek at the age of 12, and Hebrew at the age of 19, and has studied many other languages, including Russian, French, Italian and Irish.
The former Pastor of Living Springs Apostolic Church in Omaha, NE and Lighthouse Apostolic Church in Schenectady, he has helped train new ministers since the early 1980's. Bro. Carey is the author of the curriculum used in the Apostolic Institute of Ministry, the ministerial training school of the Affirming Pentecostal Church, Inc., and serves as Director of Apostolic Education for that organization.
He resides in Ferndale, MI.
