Katja's love for the written word developed - as so often in life - only at second glance. During her school days, she did not enjoy the prescribed literature until several poetry projects sparked a serious interest in writing. While studying English literature, she delved deeper and deeper into more complex works. She not only devoured books, but also began writing short stories and the first drafts of books.
To this day, her passion for words remains unbroken and has produced numerous poems, short stories, and book projects. She usually decides between German or English based on the first sentence. After work or on weekends, Katja spends her time writing or outdoors with her camera. Her favorite subjects include not only power lines, but also all kinds of lost places.
