Join me on a perilous hunt through Brittany, France, as I chase an ancient deity's missing son, armed with nothing but moxy and a hint of French - no garlic included.  I'm freshly back from a date with a hot werewolf when an ancient Celtic goddess comes to me with an unusual request. Her son, Darkness, had gone missing. His disappearance has to stay under wraps, and somehow, I've been chosen to track him down. Which is how I wind up in a blood-soaked house in Brittany, in the dead of night.
Out of my depth doesn't even begin to cover it. I'm clueless about the local language, the type of magic at play, and most importantly, about Darkness. Basically, I'm stumbling around like a lost fish in a desert. But dark magic is festering in the shadows of this eerie house. If I can't find Darkness and bring him back to rein it in, this malevolent force will escape into the world. Lives are at stake, including those of the people I love.
