Cruise Control Over

The context of this work is in dialogue so can be easily transposed to a script. Now in six parts. An ex formula one racing championship driver memoirs are released; written by his friend while they've been confined to their boats during the times of the lockdowns caused by the corona Virus, normally they'd be passing their days in the Rum bars entertaining themselves and visitors in the convivial atmosphere of such bars.
The racing driver had gone to Vegas twenty years ago before his last race and encompassed a scenario similar to a Hangover" one as portrayed in three films. This chap had robbed a bank, burgled a jewel store, stolen a car, shot off across LAX satisfying his adrenaline fuelled drug state and managed to get to Florida keys where he picked up a yacht and disappeared to the Caribbean never to be heard of again until the appearance of his memoirs.
With everything being in Lockdown they put the memoirs online then do an exit from the island they're on and go over to Columbia in South America for safety to await the outcomes, if any, the racing driver also knowing he had around twenty million of unpaid taxes to the UK inland revenue.
