Résumé
Well, I have worked to compile the body of knowledge (minus the mistakes) that I have gathered over the past thirty years working in North America, Asia and South America in the resource Exploration and Development Industry. During my career I have worked the field Upstream, down stream and office with the latter thirty years in Operations and Project Management an General Manager roles with some Supervisor and Advisor roles thrown into the mix.
Each Company will have their standard for presenting "Boilerplate" contract terms and that is the way it is. However, among the many lessons I have taken onboard over the past three decades is the critical nature of having comprehensive and balanced contracts covering construction operations in support of getting the deliverables delivered and managing expectations of all stakeholdes. In this book I have worked to present the bases and format for a project team to craft such a contract.
