In Part 6 of the series, Lovely blonde receptionist Courtney is sent to Ms. Ford for discipline after Grace accuses her of being lazy because she spent too much time on an errand. The stern and steely-eyed Ms. Ford decides to make an example of her and ensure she realizes that she must obey all of her instructions to the letter.
