The Three Pillars of Great Health are adequate Water and proper Nutrition, regular Exercise and maintaining a Positive Mental & Spiritual Attitude.  We have talked about the first pillar of health, Water and Nutrition, at length in this book.  However, the other two pillars are every bit as important because they complete the health picture, and without them Great Health is not obtainable. There is a subtle yet unmistakable change in thinking about preventative health and it is happening worldwide.  People are beginning to realize the importance of taking preventative measures to stay in good health such as keeping their bodies alkaline, drinking plenty of water and eating properly.  Once a person's body pH becomes unbalanced and overly acid, a plethora of health problems will surely follow, one leading to the next in a cascading effect.  We must KNOW which kinds of foods we must eat to remain balanced, renewed and healthy. Reversing the aging process starts by consuming the water and foods that lead to life.  The common sense approach to Great Health, Spirulina, Chlorella, fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of Ionized Water will bring about an unmistakably positive difference in your health and your life.
