When Leah Cassidy has a one night stand with a guy dressed up as a skeleton at a Halloween party, she writes it off as a momentary lapse of judgment. Unfortunately, that lapse comes back to her when she finds out that she is pregnant. When Bigshot defense attorney, Benjamin O'Connor meets a gorgeous redhead named Leah in the rain just outside the courthouse, he is instantly smitten with her, which has never happened to him before.
