Carter and his second wife Deanna renew their acquaintance with the two D. E. A. agents they met in Formatting Foam, but this time they're on the same side. The setting is the same swinger's resort south of Cancun. Carter is trying to close an important deal for a medical clinic. The D. E. A. is intent on arresting a local drug lord who's been recruiting swingers as drug mules. Carter must keep a myriad of moving parts in motion and separate from each other.
Hiding the fact that this is really a business trip from intent-on-having-fun Deanna is not the least of the lawyer's worries. Japanese tea ceremonies lead to deeper relationships, sexual and otherwise. The plan to catch drug lord hinges on his being convinced that the D. E. A. agents are experienced swingers. In the disco, Carter reaches between the female agent's legs. Her hand grabs his, holding it down, against her thigh.
He bends to her ear, "Your target's watching; how badly do you want him?" She looks at her partner whose eyes are shut in ecstasy as he concentrates on what Deanna is doing with his crotch. The female agent firmly plants Carter's hand against her soft leather bikini. He rubs lightly back and forth and in a moment his fingers feel the outlines of her engorging sex. As the song ends, she groans and relaxes against Carter's probing fingers.
