Changing Plans

Jessica Blake is a villain, even by her own understanding. She builds robots and extorts money from government - while she's not in jail, that is. Starflame is a hero whose job it is to make sure Jessica is in jail, but there's more to it. When strange robots turn up on earth and wreak havoc, things begin to shift, then a court sentence forces Jessica to change her plans severely. Yet, changing plans are not the worst for a villain - they're good at dealing with them.
