Mattie Fern Worrix has kept an almost daily journal since she was twelve and began scribbling her secrets inside the pages of a tiny diary that had its own lock and key. She has taught journaling classes for many years at community centers and senior centers too. Why keep a journal? There are many reasons--like clarifying your thinking and connecting with your heart--but most of all, keeping a journal is just plain fun.
