Résumé

When your father is the God of the sea, and your brother a whale, life is complicated for young navigator Kai. Nobody returns from Walu, the Black Island. Blood priest Kapanval practices dark magic and is the terror of the Pacific. He is an enemy of Kai's family. Tangaroa tasks Kai and his brother with protecting his home. A beautiful woman haunts Kai's dreams, begging him to save her. Enemies assail them, but all currents flow toward Walu.
Kai must go where others do not. Kapanval has plans for the dream woman. If Kai fails, the future guardians of the undersea realm will never exist, leaving the whales doomed and the oceans to die. The third book in R. de Wolf's 16th-Century Spirit Voyager series packs an action punch of its own.'A gripping and fast-paced Pacific fiction adventure that's hard to put down.'
