Breaking Free

Dedicated to all who are undergoing the pain of betrayal . Do not regret anything that happened . Do not blame yourself for wanting to make connections to something , and to want contact with people . That's because it's our human instinct, hard wired into our genetic codes . So while we journey through life , we  focus on that instinct , we get into relationships , which sometimes do not work out .
They drain us physically and emotionally. Initially you thought that , this exhaustion , that's something which happens from human to human during relationships. But now we know better . It's called abuse .
