Jack 'Tinlegs' Taylor is a former elite Navy SEAL platoon leader; the best of the best. Recovering from the wounds which ended his career, he returns home to Boston to find a city under siege. A violent Arab businessman is forcing people out of their homes so he can profit from their redevelopment.
