Former Marine Ryan Blackwell is pulled back into the world he tried to leave behind when he's recruited to investigate a derelict missile defense installation buried beneath the cliffs of Norway's northern coast. What should be a routine reconnaissance mission turns into a race against time when cryptographer Sophia Carter cracks a set of classified files proving the installation's dormant weapons systems are still very much alive - and capable of igniting an international incident.
