When a firework delivery goes awry at the city centre shopping centre after the loading lift breaks down, Bennie Barrier returns to his old work place to help Bradley and Barnaby Bollard with the delivery. After returning to his team at Southampton Common where Highway Harry was organising his cones and barriers to support the water company replacing the pipes, Bennie discovers the new cone to the group, Chester Cone, has a firework hidden inside his bag.
