Résumé

One day a virtual reality game will take you into a virtual bar and meet a "special someone" who will come up and chat with you. You will chat and impress this new friend with your charm and humor. Perhaps you both will decide to go to Paris, then and there. Oh my! You will be in Paris, looking at the stained glass panels of Notre Dame Cathedral. "Have you taken the Star Ferry yet?" Maybe you will ask your friend, in any way.
Oh my! Virtual reality will definitely take up more time than video games, and be more immersive. Have you ever realized that you have escaped into these fascinating worlds too often, or stayed too long, and have begun to worry about this, and may have distanced yourself from solving it? by telling the system, "No matter what key I give you, please don't let me play for more than half an hour a day." This will be a small obstacle, a warning to slow down your participation in something you find too attractive.
Just like a picture of an obese person taped to your refrigerator will help you stop snacking, deterrents are very effective against behaviors that tend to make you regret it the next day. If someone wants to spend a few hours looking at stained glass panels in a model of Notre Dame Cathedral or chatting with a synthetic friend in a virtual bar, that person is exercising his or her freedom.
