This book offers a selection of works created by C. Sperry Andrews III at Weir Farm National Historical Park between 1955 and 1995. His paintings from this period capture the quiet, intimate beauty of the Connecticut landscape and reflect a lifetime of devotion to seeing and recording the world around him. Because much of his work has remained out of public view, this volume seeks to reintroduce his art to a wider audience and to preserve the legacy of a painter whose life was shaped by place, memory, and observation.
