Résumé

Growing up in a disadvantaged neighborhood, I faced numerous challenges, including an unstable family environment and peer pressure. My struggles with drug abuse and destructive behavior led to violent outbursts, truancy, and brushes with the law. These choices eventually culminated in my imprisonment, leaving John at a crossroads in my life. While incarcerated, I had time to reflect on the consequences of my actions and the impact they have had on my life.
In a moment of clarity, I realized that if I continued down my path, I would end up trapped in a cycle of self-destruction. Determined to turn my life around, I committed myself to breaking free from the chains of addiction and violence. Its inspiring to let you know that my story did not end up in drugs but rather I triumph over Cannabis dependence. Therefore, my book aims at focusing on almost every one struggling the drug use of any kind as it also provides simple and reliable advices to overcome them, I am pretty sure that this book will be the best selling but not only that but rather a very big contribution to the youth especially and the government institutions with mainly responsibilities to fight against drugs.
The story that you will read in just a proximity length of 22, 500 to 23, 500 Words
The Author was born in Butobere, a village in the eastern part of Uganda in Kabale District. He was brought up in a devoted Catholic family where everyone in the family had to follow the religion norms. The morning devotion would start early in the morning around 6:00 am. And in Kabale. It was not only so early in the morning but also very coldDespite coming from my poor family moreover considered to be strangers, the fact that our extended family was a very devoted catholic family, there were at least some opportunities from the church fathers, especially from the organizations that took care of the children.
And through this he acquired education since my tuition for primary school was paid but it didn't take long until it was stopped before he completed his primary school. my dear parents could not afford to buy tuition, uniforms, school materials etc this was because we were a large number of orphans resulting from the tragedy of the Tutsi Genocide of 1994 in Rwanda that consumed all my Uncles, and some of the unties, his relatives and family members that lived in Rwanda at the time were no more to be seen. On the other hand, his grandma was a well-known crafts designer who was very good at crafting ceramic and glass crafts, needlework, crouching, knitting, lace-making, weaving, and many others.
She could make good money since she hard market all over Uganda and Rwanda as well. She traveled all around the region in exhibitions and sold in quantity. However due to the Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda, the support from the grandma who was left as a bread winner started to diminish, quarrels increased, misunderstandings and conflicts increased and the better home that was outgoing, a home for everyone was no longer a good home to cherish, it never took long when there were no school fees for all those children more especially looking up at grandma as the only breadwinner. He grew up in a broken home, surrounded by poverty and despair.
Struggling to make ends meet, where he found himself falling into the dark world of drug dealing.
