Norn operatives have gone missing across several planets and with the Commonwealth stretched thin across multiple fronts, they must hire outside help.
But when the Silent Reapers arrive on Skye, nothing is as it supposed to be. Clan Wolf is gone, Skye has declared independence, and where they were supposed to find the missing assets-dead or alive-there is suddenly a new government-and a new opposing intelligence agency looking into anything out of the ordinary. The Reapers' assignment has turned from a rescue mission to outwitting a powerful, unpredictable opponent, one that could bring about the end of the Reapers if they make even a single mistake.
