Résumé

He's ready to take over as CEOBig fish in a small town Chase McDaniel has it all - looks, charm, and a thriving family business he's to inherit. But when his eccentric grandfather forces him to take a year-long sabbatical, Chase finds his perfect world turned upside down. She's just waiting for her chanceAs the new VP hired to fill Chase's shoes, Miranda arrives at McDaniel Manufacturing ready for a new challenge, which didn't include being locked in a battle for control.
As their clash in the boardroom turn into sparks in the bedroom, they need to decide what matters most, career ambitions or true love. Bachelor CEO is an open door, small town workplace romance with guaranteed happily ever after. A Goodreads reviewer describes it as "Workaholic male is told to take some time off before he takes over as CEO of his grandfather's business. Career hungry female is to temporairly take over the running of the company.
Sparks fly in more ways than one."
