All references to that world have since been removed.***Simon Frederick, freshly separated from the military, is minding his own business heading home to his cabin deep in the Ozarks when a woman stumbles from the woods and right in front of his truck. When she passes out in his arms, he takes her home. Geri finds herself in a strange cabin with a man she doesn't know.
The only familiar one to her mind, is Lars, her Beauceron. As her memory comes back little by little, she realizes that there is much more than meets the eye of the man who saved her. They grow closer as does the danger. When the bullets stop and the calm returns, will they be together?
