Janet married Pete Clarkson and they have raised two children, been a part of six grandchildren's lives, and are now enjoying three great-grandchildren. Always an entrepreneur, in 1960, she and Pete opened Bay Side Boutique & Art Gallery which is still operating. Six years ago, Janet entered local politics and is currently the Mayor of Trent Lakes. She loves travel, her family and life in general.
