Résumé
After completing the second trial of the Sacred Mountain, Kael Voss gains the Star Core Law and the Star Core Domain. Together with Jax, Lena, Lira, and Isabella, he steps through the teleportation array toward the Forgotten Land. But something goes wrong. The five are scattered across Watchtower Isle-a land ruled by the Shadow Cult. Kael wakes alone in the wilderness, with only Shadow Fang and the Ascendant System at his side.
He meets the Resistance, a group of islanders fighting against the Shadow Cult. He learns that the Earth Crystal lies deep within the Sanctum, the Cult's headquarters. During his quest to take the crystal, an old man named Alder appears. He claims to be the true first generation Star Core Guardian. Aurelian, he says, was only the second. The Five Elements Crystals were all hidden on Watchtower Isle by Aurelian, who deliberately wrote false locations into his texts to mislead the enemy.
Now the seal is weakening. The First Seat is awakening. Kael uses the Star Core Heart to sense his teammates. One by one, he finds them: Jax wounded in a northern cave, Lena hiding in the western marshes, Lira deep in Duskwood, and Isabella locked in a dungeon. Together again, they gather the remaining four crystals-Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire. Their bloodline awakening reaches ninety-eight percent.
They sail across the sea, through a fissure in the Wall of Eternal Mist, and set foot on Celestar Continent. As they stand on the purple earth beneath two suns, a low horn sounds from behind the wall. The First Seat is waking. The real war has just begun.
