Norwegian sculptor Soren has dedicated his life to carving brutal beauty from bone and marble. When he is invited to an exclusive, highly secretive residency at the remote mountain compound of billionaire patron Julian Vane, it seems like the ultimate validation of his genius. Joined by three other brilliant, fiercely competitive artists, Soren expects a month of absolute isolation, lavish comfort, and limitless resources.
He is half right. When the heavy tungsten-steel gates lock, the true nature of the residency reveals itself. Julian Vane is not a patron of the arts; he is the Maestro of a subterranean slaughterhouse. The estate is rigged with hidden cameras, broadcasting the artists' psychological and physical destruction to a dark-web syndicate of esoteric billionaires. Worse, their trauma is being harvested to feed an ancient, parasitic entity wearing the flawless skin of Vane's beautiful muse.
As his fellow artists are systematically driven mad and butchered for the camera, Soren realizes that fighting back will require the ultimate sacrifice. To break the Maestro's masterpiece, he will have to destroy his own ambition, his sanity, and his own flesh. But escaping the Vane Estate is only the beginning of the nightmare.
