Résumé
One of the most exciting cases of business renaissance in recent times has been the case of Apple, which managed to go from being almost bankrupt to being the most valuable company in the world. There is hardly a person in the world today who does not know what Apple is, which is why it has been the most valuable brand for several years. Their products are part of everyday life for many people, iPods, IPhones, IPads, MacBooks and with them their application stores, content and services in the cloud.
However, few know what we could call the basic movements of this great masterpiece. It can be said that these two movements lasted approximately 8 years, between the return of Steve Jobs to Apple at the end of 1996 and 2004, each of approximately 4 years as we will see below. Understanding the order of Apple's moves becomes crucial for entrepreneurs to draw lessons learned from this big case. If you don't understand the order, you tend to believe that Apple's success has been due mainly to its constant effort to launch new products and this is quite far from reality.
Due to this vision, many entrepreneurs are eagerly searching for a new product to launch, skipping previous movements and thus embarking on a high-risk path.
