Résumé
Book inspired by vegan food, has discussions about different types of foods whilst encouraging people to try their own cooking experiments using purely vegan ingredients. The author is a very genuine supporter of animal liberation. Book starts with a longer-than-expected preface (about 1000 words), to address issues such as vegan or balanced (flexible) dieting, animal rights and reasons why the book is being written yet also constantly improved.
This proceeds with an A-Z of most vegan foods with some food contained in other subheadings, so although not every subheading is possible, a vast amount of foods are considered and mentioned - with subheadings such as 'Ancient grains', 'Organic', 'Stone-fruit' and much more. The publication ends with a section called conclusive notes in alphabetical order as well which contains sections such as 'Alcohol', 'Fasting' and 'Substitutions', along with many other issues involved with a more vegan approach to dieting/cooking that are worth a mention.
