An Unlikely Match

A chance encounter with a stranger prompts Emily to question her life choices. Despite making responsible decisions all of her life, Emily decides, for once, to take a chance. With trepidation, she contacts Cole, who introduces her to a new way of life. Emily accepts Cole's lifestyle and, in return, asks him to step into her world for one night. Gareth, Emily's ex, sets in motion a series of events that will extinguish all that she cherishes.
Unaware of Gareth's lies, Emily battles with loneliness and anger, while Cole becomes a recluse, refusing to risk meeting Emily at their previous venues. When his friends question Gareth's assertions, they finally uncover the truth. Cole curses himself and, desperate to reconnect with Emily, he apologises. Hurt and angry, Emily accepts Cole's apology but refuses to reconcile. After months apart, Emily realises that time apart has not lessened her love for Cole, but when she attempts to reconcile with him, an unexpected obstacle throws her plans into chaos.
