When Lori found herself in the hold of an alien slave vessel, bound for parts of the universe unknown, it took all she could do to hold it together and try to figure out how to survive. Thankfully, the slavers, called the Sheloni, have irrevocably tied her to the warrior males they used to breed her--the Hirachi war chief, Jarek, and his leiutenant, Fayn, and the Satren warrior, Aidan-- because they are the calvary she needs to survive a primitive alien world.
