First Mate Smith pushed the big red button by the lock and watched the doors effortlessly glide open. Stepping out into the lock, he moved over to the docking doors and peered out through the glass windows running along the top of them... A searing flash of pain shot up his leg and filled his whole body with a throbbing surge of heat, followed by a sense of fullness. What had just happened?
