This is second book at Central Asia and CIS countries territory on the topic of professional approach to airport enterprise processes management. Following the author's first book "Airport. Manager's path. Professional approach basics" it develops basic tools which a manager of any level at an airport faces in daily operations.   The value of the book is that the description of all methods supported by real practical experience.
The author develops the idea of academic and practical approach to the study of management process when the theory is supported by real life practice. Thus the information provided in the book could be useful in a manager daily work. Same as with the first book, such materials have never existed before in the local industry. Both books represent the author's training concept "Professional Essentials" which targets the competency building with personnel at managerial positions within an airport.
Maxim Romanenko IAP, the author, has more than 20 years of international work experience in the world's leading airlines and airport operators, and is the first person in Central Asia and CIS countries regions to receive the International Airport Professional academic aviation degree from ICAO and Airports Council International, as well as the diploma in aviation leadership and management from IATA and Harvard Business Publishing.
